As Chief of Staff at Twenty Four Wealth, Dawn DeMaio partners closely with firm leadership to drive strategic execution, operational excellence, and long-term growth initiatives across the organization. Having spent over a decade with the firm, Dawn often says she "grew up at Twenty Four Wealth," beginning her career as Tony's Client Service Associate before advancing into leadership roles including Lead Client Service Associate and Practice Manager.

Today, Dawn plays a key role in supporting firm-wide initiatives and leading operational strategy that empowers the team to deliver an exceptional client experience. Passionate about building a strong internal culture and infrastructure, she focuses on creating an environment where the team is supported, empowered, and able to provide clients with the highest level of care. She also works directly with Tony on the firm's M&A initiatives and earned her M&A Certificate through The Wharton School.

Dawn resides in Stamford with her husband Ryan, son Joseph, and their dog Marley. Outside of work, she is passionate about Green Bay Packers football, staying active through fitness, and never passing up a good cup of coffee.
